How to: Find records with data form.
Solution:
Select any cell in a worksheet. Select 'Form...' from the 'Data' menu. Click 'Criteria' and type appropriate searching criteria. Click 'Find Next' or the 'Find Previous' to search for the next or the previous record matching the criteria.
1) Select any cell in a worksheet.
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Form...'. (A form with all the fields in the worksheet appears.)
3) Click 'Criteria'. (A blank form with all the fields appears.)
4) Type the appropriate searching criteria in the blank form.
5) Do one of the following:
a) Click 'Find Next' to search for the next record that matches the searching criteria.
b) Click 'Find Previous' to search for the previous record that matches the searching criteria.
6) Repeat Step 5)a) or 5)b) until the desired record is found.
